Our client is a company with a strong position in the market which aims to be the European leader in development, manufacturing and sale of vertical windows and doors.
An opportunity exists for IT Supporter and IT Operator position within IT Department located close to Tczew. The job will involve supporting the business by providing end users with appropriate and efficient IT support and participation in monitoring IT systems in order to ensure IT providers the agreed level of system availability and stability. Candidate will be responsible for solving standard requests for service from end users, including procurement and installation of hardware, software, setting up PCs, printers, providing access to systems, etc. Moreover, candidate will be participating in solving daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks.
We are looking for candidates for a position of:
IT Supporter and IT Operator

Our ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
IT background
At least 2 years of experience in IT Support
Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Microsoft Windows, Lotus Notes, Citrix, ERP systems (Microsoft Axapt, BaaN / ERP LN), IT Infrastructure Library
Proactive approach with a desire to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Ability to work fast
Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to details.
Strong planning and organisational skills together with strong analytical skills
Fluent in English

Candidate will participate in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solution in collaboration with IT infrastructure development team in other countries. Moreover, candidate will be participating in solving daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks.
We are looking for candidates for a position of:
IT Infrastructure Developer

IT Bachelor?s or Engineering degree
At least 3 years of experience as IT Infrastructure Developer and HP Data Protector
Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: HP Data Protector backup software, Microsoft Windows, HP Storage Area Network, Cisco Network, IT Infrastructure Library
Strong planning and organisational skills together with strong analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to details
